Research from Pew and other sources indicates that women still earn about 15 percent less than men on average, and most have little insight into which employers promote women fairly. The association's Glass Ceiling Score project evaluates most major U.S. employers on how equitably they advance women. Coaching Partners adds a personal layer: once a member has a clear picture of the landscape, a proven coach helps her navigate it.
