SVN Commercial Partners Chosen for Management and Leasing of Port Charlotte Town Center
SVN Commercial Partners has been selected to oversee the property management and leasing of Port Charlotte Town Center, the firm announced today. This assignment broadens the company's expanding portfolio of high-profile commercial assets across Southwest Florida and brings its integrated management and leasing platform to one of Charlotte County's most recognized commercial properties. The team will concentrate on daily property operations, tenant relations, leasing efforts, and identifying ways to strengthen the center's role in the fast-evolving Port Charlotte and wider Charlotte County market.

The Port Charlotte Town Center assignment follows nearly three years of SVN Commercial Partners' involvement with Fishermen's Village in Punta Gorda, where the team has worked extensively on the management, leasing and positioning of the landmark waterfront destination.
During that engagement, SVN Commercial Partners worked alongside ownership and tenants through a period that included significant operational challenges, hurricane recovery and continued leasing activity. The property maintained a strong tenant base while the SVN team remained focused on day-to-day operations, tenant relationships and the long-term value of the asset.
