Leading AI Integration Success provides leaders with a human-centered framework for reimagining workflows, developing AI expertise, and generating tangible value.

Prosci, a worldwide frontrunner in change management, has revealed the debut of Leading AI Integration Success, a fresh instructor-led corporate training initiative aimed at assisting leaders in progressing their organizations from merely using AI to achieving deep integration and concrete business outcomes.

Across multiple sectors, companies have poured significant resources into AI tools, executed organization-wide rollouts, and instructed staff on operating new technology. However, simply having access and using the tools does not prove that AI has altered the way work is accomplished or delivered the returns that businesses anticipated.

Prosci created Leading AI Integration Success to close this gap. This single-day course provides formal and informal leaders at every level with a repeatable, human-centered methodology for determining where AI fits within their teams, restructuring work around emerging capabilities, and guiding employees through ongoing AI-driven transformation.

“AI will keep reshaping how work gets done inside organizations. But the speed of innovation here, combined with the necessity to link AI abilities to distinct workflows, calls for a more distributed approach to leading change than organizations have historically employed.” stated Paul Gonzalez, VP, AI Solutions. “It demands that every leader develop the skills to consistently convert new AI capabilities into genuine business value.”

The program draws on Prosci’s 2026 State of AI Adoption study, which revealed that motivation alone does not differentiate companies that are advancing more rapidly with AI from those that are struggling. Organizational AI posture and Team-AI Fit emerged as key indicators of adoption progress, highlighting the critical role leaders play in establishing the conditions that enable people to successfully integrate AI into their daily work.

Surpassing Basic AI Usage

Leading AI Integration Success tackles a mounting challenge for companies whose AI investments have moved past the initial rollout phase.

Conventional implementation metrics such as licenses, login counts, and training completions can show whether employees have access to AI, but they offer an incomplete view of whether the technology is producing meaningful value. Organizations also need to assess whether staff are building proficiency, whether workflows are being adapted, and whether those adaptations are yielding measurable business results.

The course explores the Human Factors of ROI, which examines speed of adoption, ultimate utilization, and proficiency as indicators that link the human side of AI integration to business performance.

Participants also learn to apply Prosci’s AI Integration Framework, which organizes tasks into “My Work,” “With Me,” and “For Me” categories. This repeatable structure helps leaders continually assess where AI fits into their teams’ existing work and pinpoint where adjustments to roles, workflows, and processes may generate value as AI capabilities keep evolving and improving.

Applying ADKAR® to Continuous AI Change

The program also implements the Prosci ADKAR® Model in an AI environment where capabilities, tools, and expectations are constantly shifting.
Rather than treating AI integration as a one-time deployment, leaders learn how Awareness, Desire, and Reinforcement can foster adaptability while Knowledge and Ability are continuously developed as new AI capabilities affect particular areas of work.

This approach reflects a fundamental challenge facing organizations integrating AI: there may be no fixed future state. Unlike a defined change, new models, features, and capabilities continually alter what employees can do and how work can be organized. Each new change triggers a human-side change, requiring leaders to guide teams through repeated change journeys while organizations build the internal capability to adapt over time.

The Part Leaders Play in AI Integration

Prosci’s approach places special emphasis on the leaders closest to the work.

AI integration often happens team by team and role by role as organizations decide which capabilities matter, which workflows should be adjusted, and how newly freed capacity should be utilized. Consequently, leaders are central to translating technological capability into actual changes in how work is performed.

The program helps participants evaluate emerging AI capabilities, determine their relevance to specific tasks, guide employees through change, and make deliberate decisions about how productivity gains can be reinvested.

Participants will also craft People-Centered AI Integration Principles, establishing a shared set of commitments for how their teams or organizations will work with AI.

Developing Capability Beyond the Classroom

Those who take part in Leading AI Integration Success receive 12 months of Prosci Premier Membership, extending the program beyond the initial training day.

Prosci Membership includes unlimited access to Kaiya®, Prosci’s AI assistant; strategy-focused AI research; expert-led collaborative sessions; and the AI Adoption Diagnostic. Participants also receive a digital program workbook containing templates and planning resources designed for immediate use.

The program is intended for organizations pursuing AI as an innovation and growth strategy and for leaders tasked with converting AI investment into organizational results. Sponsoring leaders may include Chief AI Officers, Heads of AI, COOs, CHROs, transformation and change leaders, and learning and development executives. Participants can include formal and informal leaders across functions who are responsible for AI-related transformation.

Leading AI Integration Success is now available.
