Evergreen Management, a national operator of senior living communities that offers independent living, assisted living and memory care, has announced the addition of two dedicated memory care locations in Ohio: The Auberge at River Oaks in Miamisburg and The Auberge at Greenfield Estates in Akron. These new communities bring Evergreen’s total portfolio from 66 to 68 senior living properties across the country.
This growth broadens Evergreen’s specialized memory care platform, marks the debut of The Auberge brand in Ohio, and deepens the company’s footprint within the state.
The Auberge at River Oaks, situated at 2961 W. Spring Valley Pike in Miamisburg, delivers tailored care for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia types. The facility includes landscaped grounds, secure outdoor areas, and welcoming common spaces designed to foster comfort, connection, and engagement among residents, their families, and friends.
The Auberge at Greenfield Estates, located at 3522 Commercial Drive in Akron, provides a supportive setting created specifically for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia conditions. A single-story layout enables easy movement, while private and companion suites, abundant natural light, and a secure central courtyard offer options for both solitude and social interaction.
With the addition of these two Ohio locations, Evergreen’s Auberge collection now comprises 13 dedicated memory care communities, extending the brand’s reach beyond Texas, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
This expansion follows Evergreen’s major national growth in August 2025, when it took over operations of 57 senior living communities across 11 states, including 53 Arden Courts specialized memory care facilities.
