Peak Outsourcing absorbs Argentine agency DDM to plant flag in South America

When a business process outsourcer that built its name in the Philippines and Belize decides to absorb a decades-old Argentine contact center, it signals something bigger than a simple headcount play. Peak Outsourcing has now finished integrating DDM Interaction Agency, a Buenos Aires-based omnichannel contact center provider, giving the company its first operational foothold in South America.

“We’re very excited about DDM joining our growing family of companies. The team will be a valued asset as we continue to grow, and I look forward to the ongoing expansion of our global organization,” said Charles Harmornick, Chief Executive Officer at Peak Outsourcing.

Headquartered in Makati City, Philippines, Peak Outsourcing announced the deal earlier this year. The company, founded in 2011, already runs delivery centers in Makati and Dumaguete in the Philippines, plus one in Belize. With DDM now fully integrated, Peak has officially entered the South American market. DDM Interaction Agency, established in 1993, brings more than two decades of experience building omnichannel customer interaction solutions for brands—particularly in the telecommunications sector. The Argentine firm blends contact center services with digital marketing, trade marketing, and customer experience offerings, and employs between 201 and 500 people from its headquarters in Buenos Aires’s Retiro district.

Peak Outsourcing said the addition strengthens its bilingual Spanish-language support, broadens its ability to manage multi-market operations across the region, and increases its capacity to scale client teams without sacrificing quality or cultural alignment. The two companies described the move in a joint announcement as a way to bolster Peak’s presence in both Argentina and Belize while supporting round-the-clock global coverage for clients.

Rather than forcing a technology overhaul, the integration is designed to layer DDM’s regional expertise onto clients’ existing CRM and technology pipelines. The goal is to match native-level communication styles so that expanded teams operate as an extension of each client’s brand from day one. The companies emphasized that the model runs client operations collaboratively, not by simply adding headcount. DDM’s regional knowledge gets layered onto each client’s existing tech stack and processes.

The integration also expands Peak Outsourcing’s bilingual Spanish-language capabilities, pairing native-level teams across Latin America with the company’s existing customer experience, sales, and technical support programs. Structured hiring and training practices are being extended to the new regional hub to maintain consistency across all of Peak Outsourcing’s delivery centers as the organization scales.

Peak Outsourcing delivers specialized solutions across key sectors, including ecommerce, healthcare outsourcing, and finance outsourcing, handling everything from contact center support to back-office operations. The company also brings proven expertise to a wide range of other industries.

Why it matters: For companies outsourcing customer service across the Americas, bilingual Spanish-language support and cultural alignment are no longer optional—they’re table stakes. By planting a flag in Buenos Aires, Peak Outsourcing signals it is betting that regional expertise, not just low-cost labor, will define the next phase of the BPO industry.
