The race to power artificial intelligence has created an urgent demand for high-efficiency energy solutions. A new licensing agreement aims to put a patented clean-energy architecture into the hands of developers tackling that challenge on a global scale.
This agreement gives SGE Foundation a clear framework for the TESDISON™ technology, support developers, addressing data center and collaborate with global partners to bring these solutions to scale.— Calvin Cao, President and CEO of SuperGreen Energy Corp.
COSTA MESA, CA, UNITED STATES, October 22, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — In a move that could reshape how clean energy is deployed for next-generation computing, the SGE Foundation has officially secured a 20-year, worldwide, royalty-free license from SuperGreen Energy Corp. The definitive agreement grants the Foundation full rights to the company’s comprehensive clean-energy patent portfolio, marking a significant step in the commercialization of advanced power technology.
At the heart of this deal is SuperGreen Energy’s proprietary TESDISON™ energy architecture. The Foundation now has the authority to develop, deploy, and support applications built on this system. The patent portfolio backing the agreement is substantial, covering more than 18 issued and pending patents across 45 countries. This provides a long-term, stable foundation for scalable and high-efficiency energy deployment, a critical need as data centers and global infrastructure operators face mounting power demands.
With the license in place, the SGE Foundation is positioned to act as a facilitator, granting access to clean-energy developers, AI data center operators, and international infrastructure partners interested in evaluating or implementing TESDISON™ technology. The agreement clearly defines access protocols, jurisdictional scope, and sublicensing rights. Notably, the Foundation has clarified that participation on its platform and ownership of its ecosystem utility tokens remain separate from commercial patent rights—these activities do not confer automatic licenses to the underlying intellectual property, ensuring compliance with its established standards.
“This agreement gives SGE Foundation a clear framework to work with the TESDISON™ technology, support developers addressing the urgent power challenges facing AI infrastructure, and collaborate with global partners to bring these solutions to scale.” said Calvin Cao, President and CEO of SuperGreen Energy Corp.

Why it matters: This licensing deal provides a clear, long-term pathway for scaling TESDISON™ technology to meet the power-intensive needs of AI data centers worldwide. By separating patent rights from platform participation, the agreement also sets a precedent for transparent IP governance in the intersection of clean energy and emerging technology.
