Super Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air Assists Sacramento Homeowners in Leveraging Enhanced EV Charging Rebate

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — October 2, 2026 — Homeowners in the Sacramento area who are considering installing an EV charging station at home could now qualify for larger discounts on the required electrical infrastructure.

As of October 2026, SMUD’s Charge@Home initiative has raised its rebate for EV circuit installation to $750 for qualifying installations carried out on or after October 1. Super Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air is guiding Sacramento-area residents in identifying which electrical upgrades are necessary for hassle-free home EV charging and is performing eligible circuit installations.

With an increasing number of local drivers switching to electric vehicles, having a correctly permitted home charging circuit installed makes daily recharging more straightforward and convenient. The enhanced rebate could also lower the initial expense for eligible SMUD customers. According to current program information: Charge@Home program, rebates of up to $850 are available to help with EV charging equipment and/or electric circuit installation at your home. No matter where you are in the process, we have an option that fits your needs. Homeowners interested in getting their home ready for EV charging can reach out to Super Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air to explore installation options and electrical needs.
