“The thing I take the greatest pride in is the culture we’ve built. Our people genuinely care about our students, one another, and the work we do.”— John Blair, CEO & Board Director of Ogle School.TUCKER, GA, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The new facility on Lavista Road represents the school’s 11th campus and its second in Georgia, offering both full-time and part-time weekday class options
Ogle School, an institution dedicated to career-oriented training in cosmetology and esthetics, has officially launched its latest campus in Tucker, Georgia. Situated at 4013 Lavista Road within the Northlake Tower Festival shopping center, the facility welcomed its first cohort of students on September 8.
With the addition of Tucker, Ogle School now operates 11 campuses total—this one being its second in Georgia, alongside the Atlanta location and nine others spread across Texas. The new site serves students from Atlanta’s northeastern suburbs, covering communities such as Tucker, Norcross, Lilburn, Stone Mountain, Decatur, Chamblee, Doraville, and Clarkston.
The Tucker campus provides the following programs and scheduling options:
– Cosmetology: Practical instruction in hair cutting, styling, coloring, chemical texture procedures, makeup application, and client consultations. Those enrolled full-time can finish in roughly 10 months, while part-time students typically complete it in about 20 months.
– Esthetics: Education covering skin assessment, facials, exfoliation techniques, waxing, and fundamental makeup. Full-time learners can graduate in around 9 months, with part-time tracks taking approximately 14 months.
– Flexible weekday schedules: Daytime full-time hours run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and afternoon-evening sessions from 1:30 to 9:30 p.m. Part-time options include morning classes (9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.) and evening classes (6:00–9:30 p.m.).
– Tuition assistance: Those who qualify can access financial aid, scholarships for eligible students, and adaptable payment arrangements.
In addition to technical training, Tucker students work with actual clients under the supervision of licensed instructors and participate in Ogle School’s distinctive career-readiness initiatives.
“Ogle School has been equipping students for fulfilling careers in cosmetology and esthetics for over five decades.
Our differentiator is that we focus on careers—not just getting students licensed. They learn from seasoned professionals, practice on real clients, and leave with the technical, professional, and entrepreneurial abilities essential for success. We’ve also developed a support network around student achievement, including career services, industry partnerships, success coaching, financial guidance, and technology to keep learners on track—because earning a diploma is just the starting point. What I’m most proud of is our culture. Our team genuinely cares about our students, each other, and our mission.
Our mission is straightforward: prepare dedicated students for fulfilling careers. Everything we do stems from that.”, John Blair, CEO & Board Director of Ogle School.
“For more than 50 years, Ogle School has been training future beauty industry professionals, delivering career-focused education in cosmetology and esthetics. What makes us stand out is that we go beyond just teaching techniques. We ready students for lasting careers by merging hands-on training with professionalism, business acumen, client relations, and personal development. In my position, I manage Education and Campus Operations while working alongside our admissions, student support, and leadership teams to consistently enhance the student experience at every location. What gives me the most pride isn’t our expansion, though reaching 11 campuses is certainly thrilling. It’s witnessing students who lacked confidence walk across the stage, secure their licenses, and launch careers they truly love. The beauty sector is full of opportunity. Whether someone aspires to work behind a chair, open their own salon, teach, join a product company, produce content, or establish a personal brand, the possibilities are endless.”, Kim Layton, Vice President of Education and Campus Operations.
Registration for upcoming class sessions is currently available.
