Renovation work at the provider’s Tigard and Salmon Creek locations demonstrates its ongoing commitment to reinvesting in its properties

These upgrades are integral to how we provide ‘Retirement Perfected.’ We constantly update every area of our communities, ensuring each resident has the opportunity to flourish”— Chloe GraySALEM, OR, UNITED STATES, July 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Bonaventure Senior Living, a leading senior living operator in the Pacific Northwest, has finished roughly $2.5 million worth of comprehensive renovations across two of its properties — Bonaventure of Tigard in Oregon and Bonaventure of Salmon Creek in Washington. These improvements updated common areas, resident suites, and interior finishes within each location’s retirement, assisted living, and memory care sections.

These projects align with a strategy Bonaventure employs across all its properties: continuously investing in its facilities rather than postponing upgrades until they become essential. The organization was established on the principle that a senior living environment should satisfy the highest benchmark — the resident’s own expectations. It routinely refreshes and enhances the appearance, atmosphere, and functionality of its communities as part of that pledge.

“Our residents are entitled to a community that looks and feels exceptional every single day, not only when something requires repair,” stated Chloe Gray, sales and marketing director for Bonaventure Senior Living. “These upgrades are integral to how we provide ‘Retirement Perfected.’ We constantly update every area of our communities — from apartments and shared spaces to specialized details in memory care — ensuring each resident has the opportunity to flourish.”

Throughout both properties, the renovations introduced new carpeting and flooring, fresh paint on interior and exterior surfaces, and updated furnishings in resident suites and communal areas. New artwork, lighting, and fixtures were added alongside modernized appliances, refreshed decor, remodeled public restrooms, and reconfigured gathering spaces — all intended to promote ease and improve day-to-day life across every care level.

At Bonaventure of Tigard, situated less than five miles from downtown Tigard, Oregon, the company performed an approximately $1.4 million renovation covering the entire property, including upgraded common areas and improved amenities across all three lifestyle options.

At Bonaventure of Salmon Creek, located in the Salmon Creek district of North Vancouver, Washington, a roughly $1.1 million improvement delivered new interior finishes, refreshed furnishings, and updated communal spaces throughout the facility.

In both locations, the projects also upgraded dedicated memory care neighborhoods featuring Bonaventure’s signature Life Stations — carefully crafted, theme-based areas that involve residents in meaningful, practical tasks like fishing, flower arranging, and apple picking to access long-term memories, lessen anxiety, and restore a feeling of purpose during the day.

This reinvestment reflects a method applied across Bonaventure’s collection of retirement, assisted living, and memory care communities throughout Oregon and Washington, where the company continues to offer the comfort, connection, and support that characterize the Bonaventure experience.
