Infused pre-rolls have emerged as one of the most critical sectors within the U.S. cannabis market, yet scaling their production introduces hurdles that conventional pre-roll filling machinery was never originally built to address.

The RocketBox 3.0 was engineered to deliver the extra power and process precision required for heavier, stickier, and denser homogenized infused material, while still offering the capability to process standard flower on the same unit. It also provides producers with several tray configurations and increased adaptability regarding how the machine fits into an existing production setup.
This release arrives as infused products continue capturing a growing portion of the pre-roll market. Based on Headset data referenced by Custom Cones USA, infused pre-rolls represented roughly 47% of U.S. pre-roll category revenue, nearing half of total category sales.

Built for Homogenized Infused Material
The RocketBox 3.0 expands upon STM Canna's RocketBox platform by offering enhanced power and greater command over the filling operation.
At the core of the system lies Particle Lock Technology, a regulated swirling vortex that deposits material into position layer by layer rather than using tamping. Adjustable speed controls and the top tray allow operators to fine-tune density and fill volume for material that is heavier, stickier, or denser than typical ground flower.
The unit is capable of producing up to 20,000 pre-rolls daily, depending on product attributes, pre-roll size, tray setup, operator procedures, and other production factors.
This same system can handle either homogenized infused or standard flower, enabling producers to manufacture multiple pre-roll product types without needing separate filling equipment.
Multiple Tray Configurations for Different Production Workflows
A major update with the RocketBox 3.0 is the capacity to tailor the machine around varied production needs.
Operators can utilize the device with a single 453-joint tray for large-scale filling or operate two 72-joint trays at the same time.
The dual 72-joint configuration also lets producers integrate the RocketBox 3.0 into STM Canna's One-Tray Workflow, where compatible trays move between production phases and equipment without requiring staff to manually transfer pre-rolls from one machine to another.
This empowers producers to select a tray setup based on their preferred production line operation rather than being restricted to a single workflow.

For those constructing a larger automated production line, the RocketBox 3.0 can be integrated into STM Canna's modular One-Tray Workflow.

Flexible Air Supply Options
The RocketBox 3.0 features an integrated air system, allowing it to function without relying on a facility's existing compressed-air infrastructure.
For commercial facilities that already have an in-house air compressor, the machine also offers the choice to connect directly to the facility's compressed-air supply instead of using the onboard system.
This option gives producers added versatility when incorporating the RocketBox 3.0 into an existing production facility and allows the machine to be configured around the infrastructure already present.
Commercial Pre-Roll Production
The RocketBox 3.0 is built in the United States and is designed for licensed cannabis producers, pre-roll manufacturers, co-packers, and other commercial operations.
